Claire has over 20 years experience leading teams to deliver digital solutions, spanning project management and product development. Claire is skilled at managing stakeholders and has overseen the delivery and deployment of AI solutions for clients including HSBC and Rentokil Initial. Claire manages project budgets and any associated reporting and manages the strategy, deployment and adoption of solutions we develop with clients.
Co-Founder
Following a successful agency exit to Interpublic Group, Doug founded AI consultancy, Filament Consultancy Group Ltd, in 2016. EBM demerged from Filament (Now Deal Engine) in 2023. Doug’s focus is on business development, commercial strategy, sales and marketing, as well as ensuring the right team is on board to deliver on the vision. He is passionate about bringing new technology to market.
Lead AI Engineer
With 40+ years of software development experience, with the past 3.5 years spent solely on designing and building agentic systems, Bill has deep knowledge of AI development and the challenges it poses. It was the understanding of these challenges that led him to invent and begin the research and development of ‘Handles’, the ontology-backed capability security model, for which we have a patent pending.
