We are delighted to announce that EBM, The Enterprise Chatbot CMS, has been awarded a place on the GOV.UK Digital Marketplace G-Cloud 12 framework.
EBM was entered in the category of Cloud Software, providing software to effectively manage, monitor and scale chatbot programs, supported by a passionate team of conversational AI specialists to help you get the most out of this technology.
The award is an important step in EBM’s ongoing success in the public sector, having recently delivered virtual assistants for the NHS. We worked closely with NHS Health Education England to develop Charlie, a virtual assistant providing up-to-date guidance and information for trainee doctors and dentists in response to coronavirus (COVID-19). You can read more about that project here.
G-Cloud is the UK government’s initiative for helping public-sector bodies to procure cloud computing services. The G-Cloud 12 framework provides an efficient and cost-effective route to source cloud services from trusted suppliers — and can be used by bodies that include central and local government, devolved administrations, the health, education, defence and emergency services, and not-for-profit organisations.
Through G-Cloud 12, EBM is able to offer a platform that empowers public sector teams to create, manage and scale engaging chatbots, with enterprise-grade security and infrastructure and a passionate team supporting users with great customer service.
